These Terms of Service apply to all clients booking or receiving services with Nailed It • Tredegar (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to these terms.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are by booking only.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if it impacts other bookings.
Online Bookings
All appointments are managed through my official booking system
By booking an appointment through this system, you agree to my Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Please ensure all details provided at the time of booking are correct. Any changes or issues with your booking should be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may require a deposit for future bookings or refusal of future appointments.
Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable but may be transferred once with adequate notice.
Services & Nail Health
Nail health is my priority. I reserve the right to refuse or adjust a service if I believe it could damage your natural nails or compromise your health.
If nails are damaged due to previous work (including MMA use), extra care, time, or alternative services may be required.
Results and longevity depend on natural nail condition, aftercare, and lifestyle. I cannot guarantee wear time.
Previous Work Removal
Removal of work done by another technician may require additional time and cost.
This will be discussed before or during the appointment.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your nails.
I am not responsible for damage caused by picking, biting, force, incorrect removal, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Allergies & Medical Conditions
Please inform me before your appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your nails or treatment.
I am not responsible for reactions if this information is not disclosed.
Children’s Appointments
Children are welcome for age-appropriate nail services.
A parent or guardian must remain present during the appointment.
Payments
Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
I accept cash and card payments.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Refunds
Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered.
If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and, where appropriate, offer a repair or adjustment.
Behaviour & Respect
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service and refusal of future bookings.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for valid reasons, including health concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with these terms.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.
